Who is this work for?
I work with people who are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware —
yet find themselves repeating patterns that don’t respond to logic or effort.
This can show up as anxiety, emotional eating, self-sabotage, or a sense of being quietly held back despite insight and intention.
My work is not about fixing or motivating people.
It’s about working at the level where patterns actually change.
Why I do this work
My interest in subconscious change didn’t begin with techniques or protocols — it came from lived experience. Over many years, both personally and professionally, I came to understand how deeply early conditioning, identity, and nervous-system responses shape behaviour, choices, and emotional life. Even when we know better, old patterns can continue to run automatically. What creates lasting change isn’t trying harder or analysing endlessly — it’s working with the system in a way that feels safe enough to reorganise. That understanding is the foundation of my work.
How I work
I don’t work to a fixed session sequence or rigid protocol.
Each session is shaped around what the system is ready for — with attention to safety, regulation, and pacing.
I draw on hypnotherapy, NLP, and other subconscious approaches, but sessions are not technique-led. The focus is always on supporting natural internal change rather than performance or pressure.
